RETURNS POLICY

IMPORTANT:
Some items are NON-RETURNABLE for safety reasons. These include: Firearms, Ammunition.
Hk Traders Unlimited has a 7 days Return Policy, from the date the item(s) purchased.

Send an email to h.k.traders.sindh@gmail.com and include the following information:
• Order Number / Invoice Number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return
• Pictures if applicable

GENERAL TERMS:
Our restocking fee is 20%. This covers inspection and re-inventory of the products. We will waive the restocking fee in the case of defective items, or incorrectly shipped items.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 15 days to process.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund. Please contact us for return inquiries.

SERIALIZED PRODUCTS:
• If items are found defective or not matching the description upon inspection at HK Traders, we will offer a full refund within 15 Days.
• In the case of failed background checks for Arms Licenses or incorrect ordering a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
• All firearms purchased carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

ACCESSORIES:
Returned items will only be accepted if unopened from the original manufacturer’s packaging and with all parts, manuals, and instructions included.
This includes unused, unaltered, and uninstalled conditions.
• If you have installed or mounted the product already do not fret! Most accessory items have a manufacturer warranty. If you need help contacting them, we will be happy to help!
• Products by certain manufacturers, such as Surefire, Vortex, Holosun, Nightforce, Streamlight, etc are subject to their warranty and service policies.
• If the item is found defective within 5 days of receipt, we will accept the return. If found non-defective a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
HK Traders represents several manufacturers and ships from multiple warehouses. Therefore, your items may arrive in multiple packages, with different shipping dates. Unfortunately, SKUs do not guarantee fulfillment locations.

Orders that contain serialized items (i.e., pistols, rifles, shotguns, lowers) will not ship until we have your dealer’s FFL. For NFA Class III items (i.e., suppressors, SBR/SBS, destructive devices) we require a SOT as well. Instructions on how to send this information to us are included with every purchase in your order confirmation email. Accessories are not accepted at dealers. It will ship separately to the shipping address on the invoice.

Return / Warranty Policy (Battle Arms Development Products)

*Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Battle Arms Development, Inc. (BAD INC) products have a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturer’s defects and workmanship to the buyer/customer. The warranty does not cover normal maintenance. Warranty claims may be generated by filling out the online support form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the support form is received and approved, the customer will be assigned an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and may ship the warranty product to BAD INC per the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.
Shipping to and from BAD INC’s facilities, government fees, damages caused by lack of maintenance, and international sales, are not covered by this warranty. Once the warranty product is received, BAD INC will inspect and evaluate for warranty eligibility. If the product is determined by BAD INC to be covered by the warranty, BAD INC will either repair or replace it at BAD INC’s discretion. Warranty products received without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
No COD shipments will be accepted. This warranty does not apply to abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes. The warranty does not cover product compatibility issues with after-market accessories. Any modification to the product from the factory shipped condition will render the warranty null and void. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the warranty service.

The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and/or will cause said warranty to become null and void:
Rust or corrosion
Barrel obstruction
Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
Use of ammunition other than NATO and/or SAAMI specification new factory production ammunition.
Use of any hand-loaded, reloaded, imported, factory-manufactured ammunition.
Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the Operator’s Manual/documentation accompanying the product.
Use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by BAD INC for use in BAD INC products
Any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including those of a cosmetic nature, performed on the product by an individual, organization, company, or entity other than BAD INC.
Unreasonable or excessive use of the product.
Any finished products that are not assembled at BAD INC’s facilities or are assembled using imported or used parts.
This includes complete rifle kits, upper receivers, lower receivers, barrel assemblies, etc.
No implied warranties of any kind are made herein.
*Limited Warranty does not apply to any products sold that are not manufactured by BAD INC.
Those products are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranty. BAD INC assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply to you.
Product Returns
Products must be in new condition with original packaging.
Products must be returned and shipped with adequate protection.
If the order being refunded is at the fault of BAD INC we will refund the shipping charges.
Otherwise, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Refunds for items purchased directly from Battle Arms Development will be returned to the original method of purchase.
Please provide a copy of the receipt and sales order number to expedite the process.
The customer will receive a refund within 10 business days of our receiving and validating your return.
